Has your doctor discussed any other post op treatments with you such as Danazol, Aygestin, Senaryl.....each has their own side effects and considerations, but Lupron is not the only thing out there. I got to this point with my doctor at which time she told me to go on Lupron or have a baby. I sought a second opinion and am very happy with my treatment. The fact is this is your body. you have other medical conditions to take into consideration and if you do not feel that your doctor is taking that into account you should seek a second opinion. The doctor I saw for my second opinion balked at the idea that the previous doctor would tell me that my only options were Lupron or pregnancy. He discussed with me the other drugs that I mentioned and we decided that the best option for me was surgery followed by Aygestin. I think it also would not hurt to talk to your other doctors about what is going on with your endo and ask them for a referral to another ObGyn. Remember, no one can force you to take anything. Your health care is your decision and you have every right to deny any treatment that you are not comfotable with. Alyson
