G, I've never taken lupron, but have experienced a pain similar to what you are describing. Maybe the endo itself? I also have fibromyalgia and suspect it may be that. Anyway, I have had that -- you're not alone. But, I don't know what else to tell you -- I usually just wait it out or rub my legs if it's really bad. Let me know if you have any other questions...
