Thank you for answering my posts! My doctor put me on Lupron to prevent any new growth. Because I am only 22 she wanted to make sure that there wasnt going to be any more scarring and that I wouldnt have any fertility problems. From what I understand there were lesions behind my uterus on a few on my bowel. She also doesn't want to have to do another lap in the near future. I trust her, since I have been seeing her since high school. She has tried everything hormonal that she can, thats why I was curious about other avenues as far as pain goes. Right now the only thing that helps is vicodin, and obviously I cant take that before I go to work b/c I would be sleepy. I think the hardest thing for me is that the past couple of years its been one thing after another and now this seems to be somehting I will be dealing with for the rest of my life. I have aunts that hace had it and eventually had to get a historectomy, and even then still have some pain. It's just hard for me to swollow. What have you done for your pain? Any suggestions?? Thank you so much for listening. It's nice to talk to some who has been there.
