Sorry to hear Robbie that you are still having to go through this. Is there anyone at your job you could talk to? Have you gone to human resources? They might be able to come up with some suggestions that you have not thought of yet. I am sure that ladder is pretty rough on you. You can only do what you can do. I feel for you. Try taking some advil before you go to work, if you can count on a busy day that you know will be causing pain. You also might want to make sure your immune system is strong by taking an antioxidant. At least with the advil you will be mentally alert. Be careful with the pain meds. Lori L.
