Hey Teresa, if it were me, I wouldn't put up with anything, I mean even worrying. I don't know what PMDD is but if you know meds are causing this have them changed. And if you are not sure what is causing this I would not wait but get it checked out. The only breast lumps I have had that were not harmful were due to caffine. And that could make me pretty sore!!! Lumps in the breast are not something I would let go even if it is nothing and you had it before. And why suffer when you don't have to, if it can be corrected and reduced again. Good luck, Lori L.
