Breast pain

About 4 years ago I found a lump in my right breast that was about the size of a silver dollar. The doctor tried to do a biopsy on the lump, but could not get any fluid out of it. He sent me in for a sonogram of my breast, and it was determined that the tissue was normal. Through the years and after nursing two babies, I've found that the lump is much smaller, softer and less painful. However, I do still have my fears since that time. It was a shock to discover it, and now as I'm getting a little older I have my worries. I have recently been put on Zoloft and Trinessa in an effort to help alleviate the symptoms of PMDD. After beginning to take Trinessa the pain in my breasts have increased substancially, even several days after my period stops, particularly in the same breast and in the same area that I previously found the lump. The pain in my breasts extends back under my arms and along my ribs. Wearing a bra is uncomfortable, as it puts pressure on my ribs. How can I ease the pain, and should I be concerned if it continues? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
