Re: Increasing pain

Robbie, I have a very physical job as well and prior to my last lap I was having a really hard time working. The more active I was the worse I hurt. I have to be honest, nothing I did really made it go away, but some things made it more tolerable. I would wear the Therma Care heat patches on days when I would be away from my desk and active. That helped some. I also drank hot tea as much as possible and cut all cold foods out of my diet. No salads, iced drinks, ice cream... And I would try to do a little bit of basic yoga every night before bed. The pain was still there, but between those things and the occasional Percocet I managed to get through until my surgery.
