Have you been tested for appendix? When I was getting pelvic/ stomach area pain I looked into appendix as my roommate went without any diagnosis for a year and doctors were thinking endo. Then she went back to India and they immediately operated for appendix as it would have burst. From my research I discovered that one of the classic pain for appendix is around the belly button.

This might not be the case for either of you but I though I would share just in case that might be one of the problems.
