Hi Amanda. i would also be worried. regarding the first part of your post, i can relate. i too had a large cyst on my ovary that wasn't painful but i could feel it by pressing on the lower part of my abdomen. mine was the size of a cantaloupe. i think the whole not telling you specifics is really shady. i was told that the endometriosis is what is causing my cysts. i was also told that when they are that size they are very unpredictable. don't know what the chances of yours rupturing are but i can tell you that for me, i found out about the cyst at the end of december and had surgery in march to remove it. since you don't know exactly how large it is and you are concerned, i would definitely call the doctor's office back and tell them your concerns.
