-- I was diagnosed with endo 8 years ago. I also have fibroids. My endo is severe. I had 1 child when I was diagnosed and dr did not know how I had managed to become pregnant. I was told I would never fall pregnant by myself again. I proved them wrong. However there was alot of pain and sadness involved. I have fallen pregnant 4 times since than. And have 1 beautiful baby boy (19mnths). It took 2 years to fall pregnant after diagnosis. This pregnancy ended at 17 weeks. I cannot tell you the reasoning, they suspect was chromosome problem. The next pregnancy was a miscarriage. Than had my 5th laporoscopy and round of Lupron. Than managed to fall pregnant with my son. Was born perfectly. I fell pregnant August and this time the pregnancy was in the tubes. With endo you are at an increased risk because of the scarring. When they did the ultrasound to check for the fetus, none was found. I had a 6cm cyst on my left ovary. I was given Methatrixate to miscarry. Therefore I dod not lose my fallopian tube. Because of the fibroids and endo I experienced placenta praevia (low lying placenta) with each pregnancy. This is very scary. My first son was born at 33 wks, by c-section, however my second son I managed to deliver via c-section at 38 weeks. This may not be good news. But hope will help. The 2 children I have are a blessing and miracles at my dr's refer to them. However the miscarriages are heartbreaking. I cannot help about the adenomyosis though. You should try and consult with a fertility specialist. They deal with all levels of fertility problems. They could tell you if your tubes are blocked from the endo. And more about your fibroids (mine are in my uterus and prevented the placenta from implanting at the top of my uterus). Good luck, and best wishes.
