They could be ADHESIONS. I have severe endo and severe adhesions. every organ in my body is covered in these. I only have pain in my pelvic area but have the adhesions all over me.Trust me i know what pain your going threw. The only way to see if that what is wrong with you is to have a laproscopy done. No other test can show it because adhesions are you own tissue. Good luck
