G, I've experienced that quite often. I told my old doctor that I feel horrible and had more cramping and pain when I had been active. My job requires me to do field work, hiking, etc. It was getting to the point that I couldn't do my job. She actually suggested that I was dehydrated. I was flabbergasted. Needless to say she's no longer my doctor. When I explained the situation to my new doctor he was very receptive and understanding. He did a lap about 3 weeks ago and I am feeling alot better now. I'm still not doing alot of activity and am trying to take it slow. Anyway, you are not alone. I personally think when you are active and using those muscles that it just adds irritation and movement to the area. A
