Contrary to what some believe, adenomyosis is not a form of endometriosis it is a 'fibroid like' condition. Please see this article:

The only sure way to diagnose and treat adenomyosis is via hysterectomy.

I would be looking at the endometriosis as the possible source of the hemangiomas... could have also been a spontaneous occurrence, interesting.
