Have they checked your hemoglobin levels? If your hemoglobin levels are low, that could explain the chest pain. Hemoglobin carries the oxygen throughout your blood so if there is a shortage, that could interfere with your heart. I am not a doctor, so this is just a theory. Good luck! : )
