Re: Has anyone experienced pain with stretching and excercise???

Most of my pain definately seemed to stem from cardio and exercises
involving the use of my stomach muscles. Crunches, ball work, and arms.
I have such a pooch now b/c I am afraid to do anything that might
involve my stomach. Yoga bothers me a little bit, but not nearly as bad
as the weights/cardio. Its interesting that your doctor wants you to
increase exercies. I've never heard of the concept of "breaking up"
endo and adhesions. It doesn't seem like that is possible and I would
think it would only serve to aggrivate the scar tissue. Obviously I'm
not a doctor...just sounds weird to me.
