Hareem, I had to stop working out because I was in so much pain afterward. I was doing cardio and light weight training and would come home and not be able to stand up. Walking the dog also became a more difficult task than it should have been. Since working out was too painful I bought a yoga tape and did that at home a few times a week. I still felt like I was getting exercise, but it wasn't nearly as painful as working out. I'm glad they are working toward a diagnosis for you. Alyson
