Hi Angela,

On a daily basis I take starflower oil, zinc, magnesium, vitamin C and Milk Thistle(to detoxify the liver) .These supplements have really helped me becuase I used to have severe periods which used to last for three days, bloating, nausea, fatigue, painful breasts, blood clots, bleeding in between periods etc. But after 3months of taking these supplements, I now have very minimal period pain which last for just one day. I have also tried to alter my diet a little bit. I have eliminated coffee, alcohol, ice cream, chocolate, white bread (i have replaced it with rye crisps),sugar etc. You could try to read this book:Endometriosis:A key to healing and fertility through nutrition. You will find most of the information u require in there.Take care. Adaeze At Mon, 17 Oct 2005, Angela wrote: >
