Hey Ladies, Ditto here....much burning during and then I'll actually be ok for a little while after. But the next day is always horrible, terrible cramping. I gave it a try this weekend...had a good week and a half since my surgery...we were careful and the next day I felt like my insides were falling out again. I don't know what the answer is. It makes sense though...when you orgasm your sex organs contract and that can't feel good when they are already aggrivated. Alyson
