Tracey, I think it just depends on the doctor. I've seen some women on this site that see endocrinologists and specialists, but alot just have good regular doctors. I see a regular GYN, he's my 5th doctor...it took me that many to find a good one. I found him by asking my primary care doctor (who I have a lot of respoect for) who she thought was the best in the area. You might try that. Alyson
