Turns out it didn't stop my ovarian cysts from forming or do much for my endo either. IT did help the pain a little, and the flow was slower. I had it removed about a year later right before another lap. During that year i'd started to get IC, not sure if the IUD facilitated that or not. I just found the IUD to not be my best experience in my treatment. A year and a half ago, I was put on Yasmin 28 birth control and OMG it's fantastic!
