It sounds like your endo symptoms to me...I know there are other things that can cause similar issues, but if you've already been diagnosed...as far as the back/and down the leg pain, I was having very similar pain in my lower back and sciatic nerve pain down my leg. When I had surgery last week the doctor found a large pocket of endo on my hip/pelvic bone. There was also endo on my utero sachral ligament. The doc said that both of those were likely the cause of the lower back/sciatic pain. He specifically called the hip bone endo a "peritoneal pocket". Maybe this is something you can ask about?
