I am in the middle of my cycle right now and I have really aching lower back - it is quite unusual pain (like it travales from side to side and from up to down) and my back it swallen - it looks like water retention (which i've never suffered from..) The pain is especially bad at night.. Does anyone have experience with it? Do you think I should see a chiropractor? Could it be endo related? (this occured to me just because I am ovulating - so I have also abdominal pains - what is normal for me) I did some exercises that are especially good for lower back - nothing..
