Hi, Zoe. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 endo several years ago while seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist for infertility. After 2 fresh and one frozen IVF, I got pregnant only to miscarry at 10 weeks. After that, I became pregnant from my next fresh IVF and had twins. I am so sorry for what you are going through. I know that miscarriages are extremely painful. Are you seeing a Reproductive Endocrinologist? If not, I would recommend it. Best wishes.
