Hi Jessica, I just wanted to let you know that I had the same experience with my doctors writing me off when it came to the pain and pain meds. I'm 25 and had a really really hard time getting someone to understand my pain as I have both endo and IC. My gyno nor my uro would nor my general physician would prescribe me pain meds. I know that a lot of people find pain clinics to be a HUGE help. Nobody should have to live in pain when there are meds out there to help get you through the day and live a somewhat normal life. I only dealt with the pain for about 4-5 months until someone suggested seeing a pain management doctor at a pain clinic. Many women with endo and/or IC find this the only way to be treated for the pain, they are wonderful!!!! I have been able to get out and do things that I wasn't able to do for about 4-5 months. Just a suggestion, I hope it helps, and I wish you luck in finding help soon:) Take care....Amanda At Sun, 2 Oct 2005, Jessica wrote: >
