The gas problem: You know many times it is an imbalance of the gut flora. That is easily corrected by a strong acidopholis for a month or 2. Other times it is from not digesting correctly although the imbalance in the gut is the problem there once again. Notice if you have bowel movements about 2 x a day. If not, there are many home remedies: vitamin C, a good diet with fruits and veggies, noni juice, aloe vera juice, green food drinks, slippery elm bark powder...(health food store) I am speaking from experience.
