I know exactly how you feel. I should have bought stock in Gas-x & Mylanta. I seem to stay tired at work. I have to have coffee, just like you. I even keep a stash of caffeine pills in my desk. I get stabling pains under my ribs, at least thats where it feels like it is. My low back hurtsmost of the time, but sometimes its hard to stand. My heating pad helps, but I can't find one big enough to wrap around me from my chest to my butt. I have found that moving around helps to ward off the pain. If i get moving when the pain is just starting, it usually stays managable. If it get bad too quick, nothing helps except strong pain meds. My dog gets blamed. Maybe we should get more dogs so we can have more to blame it on! Take care and remember you are not alone!
