Hi,
Well, excising really just means "surgical removal of" and fulgurating
is electrodessication, meaning they use a source of electricity (the
electrode) to remove the endo or the moisture from the area. It seems
like your doctor did a little of everything and since each case and
person is so different it is hard to say what the best way is. From the
op report at least, it looks like your doctor did as much as he/she
could to remove the endometriosis.
I wish you luck and hope we can all find relief from this painful
disease.
