Hi leslie, I also get bleeding but it is usually accompanied by a severe bladder infection that comes on without warning. You might be pregnant though, I know from friends that some vasectamy's don't always work and I spotted blood without pain when I was pregnant. The only endo bleeding I've enountered is accompanied by EXTREME pain. Hope ya figure it out .
