I too struggle with fatigue and tried all sorts of things to help like more sleep, vitamins, eating healthier, even sleeping pills, to no avail I'm still dragging myself around and some days are so bad it reminds me of comming down with the flu. I get anything and everything that's going around and it happens to last for a month too. If I get a head cold I get a sinus infection, then it gets in my chest and stays for forever. I'm not on pain meds or anti depressants to blame it on. Alot of family go o you must be depressed as depression can cause fatigue. I tried an anti depressant like 6 yrs ago to feel like a walking mummy I hated it. Interestingly my husband went through terrible fatigue and day time sleep spells and was just diagnosed with Narcolepsy after two night time and one day time sleep study. He's now on meds to help combat the fatigue. I looked at him with puupy dog eyes lucky you mines supposidly all in my head. ( rant) Of course he's already gotten those skeptics out there who do not believe in such a disorder. Guess we got something in common now.. GRRRR.. Why can't I have some pep pills too??? LOL.. My fatigue was once only with my periods and PMS but lately it's daily which I am totaly not tolerating too well b/c I'm not being a productive person and the guilt of that is crushing.. Hugs Sudsey
