-- Salina i have a 18 month old son and i was diagnosed in augest so no it does not take 2 years i am living proof...listen to your body you know when something is wrong. i also have problems with my dr but after being in bed for a week and not feeling any better i told my dr just what i thought without trying to be really mean.i said that he is a great dr when it comes to delivering a baby but when it comes to endo he knows nothing.. i probably shouldnt have said that but i was upset with all of it i am tired of being in pain all the time and him telling me that he is going to do and what pain meds to try.. i just got fed up and i am to tired of having no life..its taking over..i have no energy and i am depressed... I NEED TO BE NORMAL AGAIN.so just stick to your ground its your body..you know when you are hurting and how much pain you can take...it is possible for endo to come back anytime it wants..thats whats funny about endo it does what it wants to it has to pattern..i wish you all the luck...take care of yourself... best wishes... michele
