I took a low does of paxil for a longgggg time, like 4 years and just recently switched to lexapro. Paxil made me extra tired, all the time and messed with my sleep...it just took me a while to figure out that was the issue. When I started paxil I had some sexual side effects but they went away after a couple of months of taking it. So far lexapro has been good but I've only been on it a couple of months now. I've taken a lot of different meds in the past and I'd say the paxil/lexapro family has worked the best for me. Oh...I'll go read your first letter too :)
