DO what I did, ask for an anti-depressant. Or a relaxer like Valium or Xanax. Those two personally didn't work for me, but today I was put on Lexapro. Talk to your dr. I should of done it a while ago, or stressed it. The past week, I've done nothing but cried, layed in bed, fought, whatever. I know I need something. If worst comes to worst, talk to a counselor or something. I went straight through my new GYN dr. who is absolutely wonderful. Best I've ever had. But i suggest you bring it up, and start playing around with stuff. Maybe it might be a valium to calm you down, or a full time anti-depressant. I know that's what I need. I put myself in this hole. And I hope this stuff works. And btw, good luck on your surgery. Mines in 2 weeks!!
