Yes natural therapies can be amazing!! About the fish oil. I take fish oil pills but salmon is one of the best sources of good oils. All that is needed is salmon(try for wild salmon instead of farmed salmon) about 2 times a week, if one does not want to take the pills. It creates proglastandins(spelling) which help to take away pain.

You know my naturopathic dr. suggested soy for me. I am allergic or something to it and it causes me pain, so of course I do not use it. I am not sure why, but this is one that seems to work for some and not for others. They say fermented soy is good though and that does not bother me.

Almond milk or rice milk is a good alternative to dairy. I do use regular organic milk to make my kefir(great for immunity...) though, just a little that has no hormones or antibiotics.
