Hi, I just had a lap on August 26th and I also had increased pain after surgery. It was about 2 weeks after the lap and I was in so much pain it knocked me to the floor, and I also ran a slight fever, around 99-100 for about 3 weeks after the lap. I was told by a lot of women on here that the first period after the lap is absolutely horrid. I ended up getting mine a week early, it lasted for 3 days but I bled very heavily and also had a tremendous amount of pain. The pain started to get really bad about 6 days before I actually started my period. I had blood work done and also saw my gyno to see if there were any problems with surgery. You may want to see your doctor or get checked for infection. Even now, about a month after surgery I don't seem to be doing any better pain wise. Hope this helps....take care, Amanda At Wed, 21 Sep 2005, anonymous wrote: >
