I'm on my period now and I am very hot. Me and the air conditioner are fighting constantly. One minute I am burning up and turn it on, the next minute I'm turning it off because I'm cold. I'm only 20 and I think sometimes I'm going thru menopause lol. You're definately not alone. I feel your pain.
