Re: Sex is horrible now!

Adrienne, I think that so many factors can go into it. A couple of months ago I had no problem at all with sex, this month the act itself is uncomfortable and sometimes painful unless I'm in a certain position, but then I'm in alot of pain afterwards and for the following day or two. My hubby and I have been trying to move around a bit and experiment. (sorry for the TMI, but maybe it'll be useful?...I find its best if he's behind me and we go slow...) I've read that shallow penetration can be helpful. Then there's always "no penetration" and fun play! I know it is so hard to maintain a sense of yourself as a woman when you don't feel intimate. Hopefully your boyfriend is understanding and patient and you can confide in him. Good luck to you, Alyson
