Donna, I've been on seasonale for about a year now. It was prescribed to me following my first lap. It hasn't been a very good experience for me. I've had alot of break through bleeding, cramping and pain. It hasn't done anything to slow down my endo, in fact I am having another lap in a few weeks. That is just my experience. I know there have been other girls on this site that have absolutely loved it. The first pack (3 months) was a little rough, I think because my body was not quite sure what was happening. The second pack wasn't so bad. I think it really just depends on the person. I will say this, if you feel like this guy just prescribed Seasonale to you as a quick fix, it doesn't hurt to seek a second opinion. I'd be happy to answer any other questions you have.
