Hela, Dear, one thing I always try to tell my friends is that you can't compare your pain to anyone else's. Your experience is relative to your life and only you can know what you are going through. Just because some people here have had other serious problems doesn't make your pain any less. You are bound to get to this point after days and weeks of hurting, the stress and pain of trying to have a child, the stress that this disease puts on your relationships. It is only natural to have a day where its just to much to handle. You need to let it out, have a good cry...i think it helps you to get your thoughts back together later. Give yourself the right to have a sad crappy day and maybe tomorrow will look better. I think we all get to a breaking point. Take good care of yourself and know that there are people out here to listen. Alyson
