Hi, My name is Dawn, I have just joined the site. I am currently 23 years old and have been dealing with symptoms of endo since about the age of 14-15, although I was not diagnosised until almost age 20 when I had a lap. done. I was doing faily good for about 3 years, dispite having cervical dysplasia treated a few times. About 6 months ago I started getting the symptoms back and now they are worse then I ever remember. My doctor has been talking to me about either doing another lap or to do a Lupron treatment. I have not found very many positive things said about this treatment except what is in the reading materical he has given me and what I can find though thier resources. Does any one have any advice on what I may expect if I chose to do that? Does it generally prevent one from having sypmtoms and extreme pain for a while or is it more of a cover-up the symtoms?
