You sound like you are having a very similar experience to mine. I had surgery a year ago at which time I was diagnosed, but experienced no relief. I was on ortho-tricyclen at the time and wass switched to Seasonale. I have experienced the same cramping and break through bleeding on those that you are describing. It may be that your body is just not reacting well to the manipulaion of your cycle by skipping your "green pills". I am getting ready for a second surgery in a few weeks followed by a continuous dose of progesterone with no period. My new doc says he has had alot of success with putting endo patients on continuous progesterone because it eliminates the estrogen without taking it so far as something like Lupron, etc. and getting such drastic side effects.
