Re: just a couple of questions

Hey Angela, I got to that point with my doctor too. I was seeing a female gyn. I am sure there are wonderful female docs out there, but mine pretty much gave me the same song and dance yours did. I made an appointment with a new doctor (a male this time) and was so happy with him I couldn't stop crying at my appointment. He suggested a second lap followed up by a continuous dose of progesterone. I've scheduled the surgery and now I just have to wait. Your symptoms sound quite alot like what I'm experiencing right now. I say keep going to a new doctor until you find one with some real answers for you. In the meantime hang in there. You can eat right and use heating pads, and all of that good stuff. It helps to some extent, but I understand you still don't feel like yourself and even the dulled down pain is enough to make you want to scream. I think the only thing holding me together right now is the hope that this next surgery will do the trick. Just be sure to investigate all your options and know what you are willing to try and what is out of the question for you before you go see the new doc. I hope you are able to find someone to help. Best of luck, and feel free to vent when your having a poopy day. Alyson
