Reocurring Dermoid? I had a chocolate cyst removed from my right ovary then. I had a terrible time with pain last spring and had a large dermoid removed in May 05 from the right ovary. I started using Ortho Evra to help control the endo - I would not take Lupron. Things had been much better on the patch until 2 weeks ago. The pain and emotional roller coaster began again. I had a ultrasound and it showed another growth on the right ovary that they believe to be a dermoid. Do you think the doctor did not get it all or that it could be something else?
