I have lots!! why? I have no idea what is causing it. My guess is exactly the same as yours,... organs getting webbed together or stuck onto one another? I have it alot in my oavry area and groin. Worse more on one side. I've had that pulling feeling for over a yr now.(off and on) My gyno just told me last week that he thinks I need another lap soon. Not just for this symptom but many. Tailbone pain,leg pain,a decent sized cyst,and middle tummy tenderness-all the time now. Bladder hurts too~ I hope you get some answers soon. That seems so soon to have problems since March. But definitely possible with Endo. Hope the Lupron helps your pain/Endo. Hugs Tracey
