G, Hi, I remember having a pain like that when I started lupron. I think it did go away pretty quickly, but it almost just felt like something was pulling on me. If it gets worse or doesn't go away in a day, I'd check with your doc. Best of luck. Hope you get to feeling better. Hugs~ Lori D>
