Rachel,

It depends on the amount of the cream that you are using.

I use the cream too, but unfortunately, I had some side effects from it (weight gain, yeast infections, sleepiness) at a dosage of 60-80 mg per day. I reduced the dose down to 20 mg. per day, and I can tell that I'm ovulating now. The higher dose might suppress ovulation. Also, my husband and I just started trying to get pregnant, and I had a preconception appointment with my ob/gyn, and he said that the 20 mg. per day is a small dose and should not be a problem. I did lose most of my pain relief when I went down on the dose, but I still have some.

Congratulations on your wedding!
