Jenn, I am not sure on what is good to eat, but I do know that caffine is NOT good. I have a hard time with that b/c I love Mountain Dew. Choc. and sugary foods are NOT good for endo either. I don't think lots of fiber is good, but I am not sure, don't quote me on that one. Sorry that doesn't help a lot. Hugs~ Lori D.
