Every month I have very strong nose bleeds during that time. I would bleed like 10 times a day and it would take ages to stop it. it is very difficult especially at work, because it comes w/o any warning. I thought it has something to do with blood vessels being a bit fragile during that time or something like that. My periods take up to 10 days and I am usually premenstrual about a week. During my period I tend to bleed very very heavily and I am aneamic, so I am not very keen on more of blood loss . If you know something that would help the nose bleeds to stop or eliminate somehow, any advice will be very appreciated. hope you all have nice day with no pain and worries!
