Re: Internal medicine doctors?

Stacie- I think it usually just depends on the doctor. I saw an internal medicine doc 3 years ago who told me it was normal for some women not to have a period, that was just "my" cycle. I then went to an OBGyn specialist who told me the same thing. After four docs I was finally diagnosed with polycystic ovaries and endo. And even that doc isn't working out so well. So, I thnk it really comes down to the doctor sometimes and not so much the specialty. Alyson
