Tracey, I've had three transvaginal ultra sounds this year and after everyone of them I experienced pain and discomfort. It's been a sharp stabbing pain, followed by a dull ache for the rest of the day. I wouldn't worry to much about them unless they drag on then maybe call your doctor. I hope you received good results from your ultra sound or as good as they can be with endo. Take Care. Angela
