Jenn - I am so sorry that you had to go to the ER today!! I wish your doctor had filled you up with liquids before closing - so that the gas pains were non-existant!! Both of my prior laps were done that way and I had no gas pains whatsoever! I wish I could give you a hug to help!!! But since I cant.. here's the best I can do for an internet hug.. -->".."<--

You should have received some kind of post-operative directive from your doctor already on how to combat this disease. If you have not, I would demand one from him. As with all doctors, their plans are sometimes different from others'. I have been on Lupron for almost 3 months now and i have been pain-free since my surgery. I really hope that everyone can experience that wonderful feeling of "NO PAIN" at some point.

Make sure your doctor knows what you are going through - and make him tell you what steps are next!!
